This small room located in the basement (open with windows) of the owners' house has 1 double bed.

It gives access to a shared living space including:
- A rest room with sofa bed, library and board games adjoining the bedroom
- a main room with fireplace, equipped kitchenette and dining area with table and chairs
- A shower room

- An outdoor area with garden furniture
- Access to the vegetable garden
- Access to the domain with animals in semi-freedom

The house is located in a small hamlet of 3 houses in La Regrippière in the heart of the vineyards (Muscadet).
